Staff & Supervision
LPM provides cleaning and support service staff throughout the UK. Agreed staffing levels are maintained at all times and we will provide support staff, as and when the need arises, or for emergency back-up. Naturally all of our operatives are fully supervised and trained.

Our supervision of staff procedures embrace:

• All our staff wear an approved uniform together with an identity badge.

• All our staff conform to our clients’ security and safety regulations; having been fully familiarised with requirements prior to the commencement of a contract.

• Security vetting of employees working in high-risk areas may be obtained if specifically requested.

• All LPM  staff hold a valid work permit which allows them to work in the United Kingdom. All contract cleaners and security staff are also required to demonstrate that they have been issued with a National Insurance number, possess a current bank account and be able to speak, write and understand English.

• Our Supervisors are trained to a high standard and attend BICS assessment courses wherever possible.
