When working at a customer’s premises for the first time, we will ensure all LPM staff are given full induction training. This takes care of our legal Health & Safety requirements and establishes a sound understanding of what is required.
We are also committed to ensuring that our fully trained field managers familiarise staff on how to operate safely any equipment that they may be required to use.
An important part of our support manager’s role is to ensure that training is a continuous process, which does not stop after induction. This means that high standards are maintained at all times.
The fact that LPM has achieved the highest level of IS09001 accreditation is testimony to our commitment to quality and training of staff.
