This policy has been planned and developed in conjunction with our quality programmes. It sets out the means by which we provide our customers with a service which adheres to their contractual requirements and quality specifications. The fact that we have achieved the highest level of Quality Assurance (ISO9001) shows the pride we put into our services.
QUALITY is a team effort. If all the procedures are followed, quality will result and our customers will benefit.
A fully trained supervisor will check all procedures as defined in the original contract specification document. Further verification is provided through frequent visits by our Management team. Liaison with your authorised officer will ensure conversancy with the local situation. Our Management will accompany the site supervision on a weekly tour of the facility and using a check list coupled with the specification will make certain that standards are achieved at the very least and exceeded wherever possible.
Our committed management team is fully trained to assess the workload achievement of our employees and by applying their expertise aim at minimal client involvement.
