Finance Director Martin joined the business in late 2007, having spent many years with Lancaster cleaning in a similar capacity. Martin brings strong organisational and analytical skills to the business at a time when rapid growth is anticipated. |

Development Director Like Martin, Colin joined the business in late 2007 after successful spells at ISS and Superclean Support Services, amongst others. Colin has more than 30 years industry experience and has worked in both an operational and sales capacity at senior level. |

Associate Director Andrea joined the business some five years ago when her family business was acquired by LPM. She has responsibility for new business sales with particular reference to retail and shopping centre development. |

Operations Director Paul joined the company over ten years ago after successful spells at Pritchard Services and Initial and heads up our operations team in London. Paul has a team of Area and Contract Managers reporting to him and spends much of his time on site with his direct reports ensuring we are delivering the right service to our customers. |

Commercial Director Steve has been with the business for over 15 years and has worked in both an operational and sales capacity for it. He presently develops larger business opportunities whilst continuing to take responsibility for some of the company’s major clients. |

HR Manager Jacqui joined LPM in August 2007 to head up our HR function. She has had over ten years experience of HR in the security industry before joining us. |

Group Health & Safety Manager
Bill joined LPM in 200 as Health and Safety Compliance Officer and
assumed his current role in 2007. He is responsible for all health and
safety related training and PAT testing, as well as conducting internal
quality audits and assisting outside assessment bodies as required
