LPM started commercial life in 1985 as a single business service support provider. That service was office cleaning.
From the outset, our professional and efficient service proved to
be a great success. So much so, that we soon added shopping
centre and retail cleaning, property maintenance and refurbishment, environmental waste management and disposal plus security as complementary business support services.
Initially, we provided these services in and around London.
Hence the name London Property Maintenance. As the business
has grown, however, we have now expanded much further afield, with regional offices in both the Midlands and the North.
To reflect this broader coverage, we have recently adopted LPM
as a more appropriate trading name.
